The craft

From scratch, on location

No pre-made trays reheated on site. Stock, pasta, bread, and butchery happen where the trip happens.

  • Gloved hands filleting a trout on a tarp in camp, a plate waiting alongside.

    Broken down in camp

  • A cast-iron skillet of blueberry cobbler, biscuit topping browned, set on coals at the edge of a fire.

    Baked on the coals

  • A steel skillet of crisped potatoes over a fire, sunlit forest dark behind.

    Cooked over fire

Wild Gourmet does not hold a liquor or server license and does not sell or serve alcohol. Where an event calls for bar service, it is coordinated through a licensed third-party provider who contracts separately with the client.
